"At the very least this action should remove the downward pressure on the stock by those hoping to purchase US ATM shares at bargain basement pricing. Hopefully this will turn the shareprice around.

It is a clear message to those involved otherwise it would not have been publicly stated. Now they will have no choice but to buy in the open market to get the share price back to a level where POET is willing to sell.

I aplaude this decisive action by POET to arrest the decline."
