Sparta, among other critical reasons for having a higher share price - do you know how this ATM works? Would you rather shares go out at these prices or higher?

This is not complicated. Higher share = better for everyone using every metric. 

Of course we can't see how the company/stock would be doing with competent people in charge, but we can always ask for better. These gaffes are all grounds for a new person at the helm.
