Let's not give ourselves a timeline for the new JV, only to be disappointed.

I expect it to come anytime this half of the year, but fair to say POET has not been able to take the timelines into its own hands for pretty much everything so far. End of year/early '24 may be more reasonable.

I hope I'm wrong and it comes sooner.
