The logical conclusion Nodrog is that everyone important knows about POET but aren't willing to talk about it for various reasons that we're all aware of, and perhaps some we're not...

It's not worth hashing out the details, all I know is they're not getting any of mine, no matter how low they drop it...we all know there is nothing to substantiate the decline, this is a miracle technology that will enable countless applications that until now were nothing but dreams.

That only leaves influential people who can sell and not fear the future because they know it is bright, they just want to get some cheap shares while they can....it's not rocket science.

I really hope the company is not suckered into using the ATM at these levels, that's just crazy in my view.
