I suspect it's something like that goosed, the banks are getting theirs, one way or another...

Giving the company an ATM is virtually like that; we've given them the PIN for $30M, they can allocate it anyway, and to whom they want.

189k x 4.25 avg (a guess) =~ $800k

The presents they are giving now are better than the ones they will give in the future; sure would be nice to know who they went to....
