Why is Tom Mika giving away shares at these prices if there is no urgent need for cash per company at AGM. Seems trigger happy to me showing a lack of confidence. I dont get it but acknowledge we dont have info behind strategy.

Still, we are expecting new product launches and news from results of customer testing which should help get us more recognition. We need to play hardball and push back with namely Cormack in Canada . They Cormack have a reputation not always favorable.  Their clients need to be told no shares available at these too low prices. Also you could make argument there is insufficient volume for these ATM transactions give aways and it actually does adversly impact current stagnant share price situation contratry to the ATM objective... imo
