I believe you gentlemen have summed it up perfectly.  I think Suresh is brilliant. He also saved our investment. I am grateful for that.

It's possible he has taken the company as far as he can in his dual role? 

I don't want personal feelings to cloud my judgment but we need to excel and something is a misfire here.

So as far as knowing where money is going to come from time is of the essence.  Voting deadline is tomorrow I believe.
