That's what I'm doing.  If there are people so in need of the money that they are willing to sell when the price is so low, then I am happy to help them by acquiring thier stock.  From everything I read, this seems to be a no-brainer.  Even if POET's outcome is an acquisition by a larger player in the market, the fair market value of the company, the products, and the patents is higher than the market cap it' trading at today.
