IMO if you want to walk the talk - and say what they said - they would need to hold shares rather than just options. How many shares does management have? How many options have ever been excercised by option holders in the past?

Certainly not walking the talk, IMO.

Loads of room to improve. Disappointed once again with the SP in the many years holding POET.
