Do I want to give options to a director? I have no way of knowing what the directors do for this company and would have no way to judge what their performance merit is. Obviously that would ultimately be up to Suresh and the compensation committee. Theresa Lan Ende is the chairperson for the compensation committee.
I would suggest you submit that question at the AGM.
