I have no problems to give more options to Suresh, Vivek, Mika and the engineers. My problem is with some of the board members. If we look at Jean-Louis Malinge. The guy is on the board since 2017. He has only 17000 shares and he has 207000 options. He missed 3 of the last 13 meetings. You really want to give more options to this guy?
