I'm pretty sure the 400G TX is just about done. Go to the most recent video. Suresh said the timing would be to close to have a live demo at the OFC due to not having them back  from Silterra. But with a little luck maybe. Not counting on it but that statement says it is basically finished.  At least that's what I took from it.
