What makes you think he has walked away from POET? He is underwater since he paid $8.50 for the stock but I think he will be made whole with the $4.25 warrants. We don't know whether he participated in the most recent raise but it was my understanding that the repricing of the warrants played a role in getting participation in the most recent raise.
