Look at page 9. The answer to your question is no.

400G RX seems to be safe. As far as I can understand, the last announcement about DML lasers secures the pieces needed for the TX side. So a TX solution has to be engineered and tested. Then it will be combined. Sounds doable, no? It´s just time, no? That´s the carrot that makes me feel like a donkey at the moment.
