I posted about this boutique firm out of Toronto just prior to uplisting in late Feb early March. They were selling-possibly shorting. Interesting they are now acquirers of a significant amount based on the date March 31st. Interesting! Looks like they got a good entry price. Bet they were trading under Anon cover after initial short under Paragon
