They've said we would still need a modest financing at some point.  Perhaps there's a positive reason here which could square the on the record proclamations from management with emerging pragmatic realities: we need more cash sooner because of new developments .  If things are excelerating or new collaborative  arrangements have presented themselves, then maybe timelines have changed.  Suresh and Tom have both alluded to building the plane in flight, so I'm not necessarily putting their former words on tablets.  

Something is clearly going on here, the volume and lack of price movement, I'm keeping an open mind.
