LD...My theory is as many here see it similar. The bankster/instis are shorting this thing down to spread some fear and get those cheap shares and/or a cheap financing. This is a easy game with so little volume and so many retail shareholders.

No bank is going to risk a FINRA investigation over any amount of gain they could possibly achieve from POET. 

We have been told very clearly that POET is not entertaining a financing at this time. And really why would they at these prices? They have given pretty clear messaging  of what they expect in the coming months. Listen to Vivek’s video. It is very clear what the trajectory is for commercialization..products. And really it is being echoed from multiple directions. 

There is no financing so the short is unrelated.
