I love the idea of a little organic growth and agree with your scenario.  I guess it's in the difference between needs and wants. IMO, TM expects better terms in his quest to finance operations.  The point I was trying to make is that I expect it sooner than later.  In the past POET raised funds to stay alive but once production starts it will no longer be about the "cash on hand for 12 months of operations" disclosure.
