Well, then why isn't he taking it? I believe the most important thing is if we do consolidate, then don't give anyone a sweet deal/ as in a significant percentage (anything over 15%) of our company away at $5-$6 (effectively 66 cents per share US using today's price). I'm thinking our CFO sees it the same way. So when he says we don't need a raise now, it means we have a plan to grow organically quickly while on the Nasdaq where our news will have (in the company's opinion obviously) a much greater effect on our share price, and then he said we'll entertain a capital raise and hopefully not give away the farm.
