I totally agree and that is why I stated my concern on that during the AGM vote and also in the Reddit Q&A.

Yes, talent attraction is crucial. But a continues 20% is YoY quite a substantial amount of dilution to existing shareholders.

I know the risk I took I vesting early i to POET, but management always states, that shareholders interest are at the forefront. So, minimum dilution is certainly one of the key elements that are important to current investors.
