The issued options will split. Yes. Mathematically nothing should change on the market cap and everybody's percentage in the company. Not yours, nor managements. Including Options. 

I am referring to the option pool which is at 20% yearly on the outstanding share count.

So 20% of 400 million shares pre-split is more than 20% on 100 million shares post split.
