Turr, as you can see in the link below, Management already received their options a few months early (April) this year already, last year they received them in June I believe. I think too many people are concerned with options being giving out again after the AGM, Instead, I would think they need to increase the pool so they can reward and incentivize the new hires they made and hopefully the new ones they're about to make.
