Message: Outside Assessment of Poet

Thanks, Quan Gork, for your answers. Me, I would not be so cautious. I would see this as a golden opportunity compliments of the cheap warrant holders. For me, I am quite confident after all the dd, that we have something extra special here and a chance to drive the share price to a very high level.

These past few months Poet has proved itself and taken away almost all the risks. They say there is no other company, to their knowledge, that has what we have. Everything, time tested, and samples gone out for beta testing to our customers.

So best-case scenario, everyone comes to Poet for our optical interposer. Worst-case scenario a competitor catches up with a product as good as ours and gets half the customers. So far we have no proof that anyone can do what Poet does. So far we have no proof of any of the claims that they will have a product as good as ours anytime soon. You have to be first to the table. We are way ahead in the game and will see some production as early as the 2021 4th quarter.

Over the next few months, much will happen, not the least of which is the warrant pressure coming off the share price. That will happen at least sometime before Nov.2. Worst case, a little over a month from now but could be much sooner not knowing the number left to sell by whatever warrant holders.

They are the key to the share price. They are the ones offering this 'Golden Opportunity" to investors at this point in time. Why only a few have realized this, I don't know? But you can be sure that the accumulation is taking place and has been for some time now as the warrant holders dispose of their holdings to buy the cheaper ones. Also, and people will hate me for saying this, I don't think management want's the share price to go up until the options are in at this great price. Perhaps, I'm wrong, but it seems to be the way this works. After the AGM it's off to the races and no more complaints from anyone.

LOL, just MHO and the way I see it, and I'm buying a little each day as I can afford (for a poor man) to add to what I have.....If I were new here and knew everything I know now, I'd be close to all in and take my chances. Being old and a bit of a gambler, that is, ha. Crunch time all, we're getting very close to that light at the end of the optical interposer. take care, good luck...T
