This has been a concern for a lot of investors for years. It has been brought up a few dozen times in the past. You could almost find our exact post written by myself and others almost every month. The management and Mr Mika (who I would guess is the one who responded), almost has a disdain for shareholders and this board. Obviously the market (connection to LWLG) also saw the insider selling to be a negative event - enough for a sell off. It is not a few grumpy keyboard warriors, it's thousands of investors who believe in a company that are watching thousands, and hundreds of thousands of dollars leave their account (unrealized).
I believe BCD's great post about needing a markets guy would be huge for the company. That and a functional, active IR. The higher the share price, the less of a split required. The higher the share price, the less dilution in future raises. The higher the share price, the happier Agoracom.
