I would like some clarification too. I could also be 180 degrees off:) wouldn't be the first time. I guess what I mean't to say was that the announcement would be more about the assembly of the 400G with regards to the modulator portion only. 

It sounds like POET has multiple suppliers for modulator assembly. Possible it helps buyers know the supply chain is deep in order to not have any hold ups in production. I think scalabilty is a priority for customers. 

So again I could be way off. I don't want to mislead here. I just don't want to get my hopes up about who the Tier 1 customers might be
