I find this whole 'secret trading' actvity irkesome. I buy shares on the open market in the hopes of demand driven share price inceases that are a reflection of the quality of the company I invest in. How can such a large block change hands without a price change? If you or I were to attempt that size purchase we'd pay several percentage points higher.

Something nefarious about dark pool trading that doesn't pass the sniff test. This and shorting should be made illegal. They lack the transparency investors deserve.
