But what if interested large entities want too large of a chunk in Poet? A solution would be separate public companies for each vertical in partnership with Poet that structures Poet as a holding company retaining majority ownership. We, as shareholders, woudl participate in the growth of each vertical-partnerships by receiving proportional share dividends in each partnership.
