Agreed Breeze and just for the record there is a huge number of debentures in the hands of 2 people that I talk to on a regular basis and they want no part of any early conversion and no request has ever been made for them to convert early. Myself I have no intention of converting early and I have not been requested to convert early. I am assuming that you have not been asked to convert early ether Breeze. And yes if management converts it is recorded. There have been no debentures converted by management.

 Go to SEDI and filter by convertible debenture and you will see that there are only acquisitions.  All pluses and no negatives since they day they were purchased.
