Breeze67 if you're paying 100 to 1 on guesses--- I will place a small wager that DL cashed in 2 of his 5 million ITM options that will expire in November.  In one big symbiotic circle he exercises (paying POET), sells some shares to the market and uses the proceeds for a "few hundred thousand" in NRE back to POET.  In this scenario he's playing with house money.  He may have been advised to dispose of his POET options by his attorneys based on the new business relationship?  Any legal experts have an opinion on that?

Definitely my Opinion, backed up only by wishful thinking, maybe a little reasoning.
