Yes. On level 2, they look like "market makers" but always fishy as suggested by Moska! So I Googled them and came up wiith this opinion: "market manipulators" rather than "market makers"!

otcx and valx are Not market makers they are fraud market blockers with fraud trading tactics
boxing in the ask and bid price, blocking any organic natural price movement with their manipulation
Half the time or more that the markets are open, they have the bid and ask locked in and if you execute a trade they are buying or selling to you. This is FRAUD manipulation they are not making this market, they are manipulating it and blocking others.
Report these guys to the SEC.
