It is interesting that the timing for the 52 cent warrants are set to expire in the 4rth quarter of 2021, the same quarter that we are expected to get to before we need more funds.

    These warrants could bring between 0-$18,000,000 in funds depending on how many are exercised before Nov.2, 2021. All POET needs is maybe for 1/3 of these warrants to be exercised before March of next year to safely navigate us in to 2nd 1/4 2022. By then, according to our roadmap, we will have revenue coming in from multiple sources. Not to mention any NRE that might come in as others have posted.

   Although customary cautions have been issued in this news release, nothing has changed because of this news release. Only that better metrics have been found in their product testing.
