Of course the company wants the debenture holders to convert, not only for stock, but then exercise the attached warrant, too.  I though Leb was suggesting to raise the price of the stock such that the warrants could be concerted to with a little arm twisting. My comment was in sarcasm, to the effect of, sure, raise the share price, no problem.
