It will be interesting to see whether some of the specifics will start to appear in quarterly financial reports.

Could this be a significant domino?  By the sounds of it, the NAT1 "tender" has been a protracted process.  Despite trade sanctions, big tech/data is a global industry, and someone feels secure in enough in POET to bring it to the global marketplace.  

That can only be good news for us.
