First of all, I am sure that Suresh and his team were very well aware that at some point in the process of completing this "contract" that there was going be be a "hiccup" of some sort that was likely going to change the final settling of this deal.  Many of us may just be finding this fact out now because we have a vested interest in the closing that has been delayed far longer than anticipated.  As some have stated here, much larger transactions likely have been occuring with regularity while ours lanquishes because of "funds transfers due to layers of government control regarding money leaving the country". The recent JV with Sanan likely had an impact with speeding up the parties to get them to sit down at a table and to pound out a final deal.Secondly, after reading the previous articles noted, and the likely modifications or addendums that can be expected in the years to come to this "contract" it was, in my opinon, totally aware to Suresh that he must structure not only the deal with Sanan with as much care as possible to protect our IT, but to keep every greenfield opportunity safe from encroachment from the earlier JV.

Lastly, now that this deal is off and running, I believe that our Tier 1, may feel just a little pressure to move their deal along as fast as possible. I believe there are many more companies that are watching the first movers and if not already calling Suresh, will be, once we get that NR we are all waiting for.
