Well there seems to be some reason to believe otherwise.

My notice states " DL Shanghai delivered a final payment of cash consideration and an amended form of preferred supply agreement with terms more favourable to the company than initially negotiated, which the company has determined to accept in final satisfaction of the total purchase price for DenseLight."

I'm not reading $5 million or any other number here. I'm reading "cash consideration" and an amended supply agreement.

That's why some have more than "zero reason" to think something else occured.

A simple message to shareholders, with an actual amount, from the CFO would clarify everything!
