Debenture holders have an enforceble claues concerning the "final' payment within their agreement.

Perhaps they are weasel wording within the definition of "material" for general distribution?

Look, if POET was getting a better deal, why would DL withhold money? I think the use of the term "the company" is the release is Denselight, and they got better supply terms, no POET, and POET accepted this and a little less money to get it done and over with..... once again, trying to decipher an event with too few words to go on.
