Moska, it has been a while since RVH has been around but that man was technical and precise - TB takes more of a non-technical shotgun approach. 

In my mind, I'm comfortable saying he means no real harm, unless he's trying to add to his holdings. Lol. He's not talkin' his book, he's spewing emotion.

He represents the unwritten lingering doubt in many of us.
