I missed that slide, (which is now posted in the Agora photos tab) and I think you're probably right Wake. The news from March of 2018 described their relationship as an MOU. (refresher: https://poet-technologies.com/news/2018-mar-5.html)

I'm not fully versed in the subtleties between MOU's LOI's and whether there are expiries built in to those agreements. This is why we're all hoping for signed contracts with customers that have some valuations attached.
