At around the 7 min 10 sec mark of Mr Mika's recent Sidoti Microcap Conference, the slide shows Accelink listed as a potential customer (along with many other companies). The new JV has exclusitivity in the greater China Territory for Optical Engines (100G/200G/400G), so it would appear that Accelink is now just a customer and would be purchasing the Optical Engines from the new Joint Venture and then building their own transceivers using said optical engines.

In my opinion only of course.
