It could very well be there is a testing threshold we haven't met yet, perhaps that's why the payments were so spread out in the first place...no final cash until confirmation of mass production metrics.  This isn't COVID or liquidity issues, that seems obvious.  Feel bi polar today, was such nice action, now we are retracing fast.
