Who knows indeed.  The thing is the shares are in escrow until the last payement received, yet the purchaser has been in charge since the sale in November.  Could be that technology export restrictions are colouring the situation, could be there is just a delay..... 

Changing the stock price by a dime changes the market cap a fair bit more than the missing $5M.....
