I expect that a lot of people are checking to see how many shares or options are held by Bill Ring.

From what I see he is not a filing insider. I see no record of any filings on SEDI or any listing of any options in SEDAR or EDGAR? Gong back to when POET aquired BB Photonics 2 million POET shares were issued to the shareholders of BB photonics.

Anyone find a record of Bill Ring's option position?
