Good response to Moska's concern Trini49. I think that there agreement basically officially words that DL Shanghai and Poet are bound to maintain a symbiotic relationship. Should progress accelerate, then Poet receives an earn-out. If progress does not acclerate not enough, then Poet cannot expect an earn-out, like you posted:

"... in the event that the audited revenues of DenseLight for the year ending December 31, 2019 were at least US$9 million with gross margins comparable to prior periods. At the present time, the Company does not anticipate that DenseLight will meet this revenue target"
