I haven’t read the agreements in their entirety nor will I but, I would be shocked if the buyer and Poet didn’t agree to have the agreements survive a change of ownership in the event that it did occur.

I will acknowledge that keeping results under wraps perhaps is being done so as to not attract attention but as I stated, that is inconsiderate of the shareholder base when you are a publicly traded entity.
