I would expect that a prospective customer who is qualifying the OI would insist that their name not be disclosed but in no way would I expect a prospective customer to control the disclosure of milestone results which may further promote the OI to other prospective customers. Sorry but I don’t believe for one minute that progress results and the disclosure thereof are restricted by virtue of NDA, no way no how. If management agreed to that then that is also irresponsible.
