To elaborate on my last post. Some people have voiced an opinion that Huawei or any of the big names in China could be the buyer. That would not happen in today’s environment with so much scrutiny and blacklisting taking place.

POET's needs for capital have been met with this deal and POET is receiving a premium for DL. And when it comes time to sell into China there is no one better than a collection of companies that are in similar related markets with friends in high places to get the job done.
