Give the market the news it needs to buy the debentures.... ... but doing so violates NDAs and would nullify the entire deal. ------------ You would think that a customer would be aware of the harm that could befall the supplier they need to succeed (by an oppressively restrictive NDA)... if they truly want what they will manufacture for them, there should be SOME provision for publicity, if that will keep them afloat.
