Yes, it’s quite a conundrum.

Give the market the news it needs to buy the debentures....

... but doing so violates NDAs and would nullify the entire deal.

There are a lot of vendors that will be affected by the deal so nothing can be said before the final deal inked and everyone is satisfied their supply chains will not be broken.

So I agree, raising money at this time may be fruitless...and clearly has been, although now additional tranches are suggested.

The clock is running out on the AGM so something will happen in August... it almost has to...
