Lebowski: Are you sharing that example because it is something you wish to contribute as DD, or is it framed as speculation with no basis?

My scenario was designed as an example of speculation with a basis.

From the NR: The parties expect to complete the signing of the definitive transaction agreements on or before Sept. 15, 2019.

The CC which everyone has access to confirmed that they would advance the date if possible (or something like that).

Since they reported that $10M had been raised so far representing the minimum requirement it would make sense that if the deal for DL could be completed sooner then there would not be a need for additional money to bridge the sale.  Makes sense right. It is something I have thought about but something I would not normally post. At least not until  today when I took  the opportunity to  use it as an example with respect to the conversation taking place.
