This is a forum to discuss POET, the technology and the market. I rarely if ever see anyone talk about where they think the share price is going other than to comment on the only analyst projection that is known. And the occasional comparison made to other companies that have been bought and what they bring to the table. So it does tend to be somewhat offensive for the people who really put in an effort here to keep up with the technology and the industry and share that information. Well-grounded points of view on the differences between the technologies.  The approach that POET has taken to expand their market presence by adopting the fab light model.

It is all good discussion. But for someone to just come here for the purpose of trading and throw out a statement like it could touch .29 because its tax season. What value does it provide? In my opinion it is the kinds of things I would talk about if I was trying to encourage people to sell so that I could buy at a lower price. It is just a slimy and disrespectful thing to do in my opinion. 

So if I was to say that POET was attempting to advance the date of the DL sale as was stated in the IBK CC. And that as result they may have been successful which would have the impact of removing the need for any additional tranches to proceed. And that the details of the transaction will be made public as soon as possible so that the vote can be advanced.

Well that could happen and I think people think that is plausible which could absolutely turn the share price around very quickly. That scenario has not been talked about here because it could lead to expectations that are probably misleading and influence people thoughts of whether to buy, sell or hold. That is not the goal of this forum.

It is to share information. The share price could do this or that might be what traders want to use this forum for but that is not why we are here.

Please out of respect for the people here who pretty much all in a loss situation please refrain from doing this. It just creates hard feelings and increased anxiety for the people here who  have no interest in day trading POET.
